Our Safety Practice

Your Safety Is Our Top Priority

At Kirk photography our number one priority is keeping students, staff and their families safe during these challenging times. We are following all CDC guidelines and protocols.

What to expect

This year's picture day will be a little different. Because of social distancing there will be no class photo this year, it will be replaced with an 8x10 collage, composed of individual pictures taken on photo day. There will also be no hands on posing, instead kirk photography will be using verbal communication with students to achieve the desired pose.

Hair combs will be distributed individually to students who need them. Students must dispose of these combs in the recycling bin at the photography station when they come to take their picture.

Location

This year individual pictures may be taken outside in a shady area or underneath a canopy provided by Kirk photography.

What's new

We are implementing a new online picture program that will eliminate physical forms and  envelopes. This program is called photoday. You can view pictures online before you purchase, crop your pictures to your liking, create a photoday account, download the photoday app to your android, iphone or tablet. Each student will have their own private gallery.

Keeping our customers safe

We will be diligently disinfecting and sanitizing all equipment and props that will be used by students and staff on picture day. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant will be readily available for all students and staff.

Times are unpredictable but we are as dependable as ever. You can rely on kirk photography to continue to deliver excellent service and great big smiles.

Our staff is prepaid and ready when you are.

Hope to see you soon.
